Coming this month at its end along with London Cocktail Month, it is necessary for us to mention the competition that took place at the on the 24/10 organised by .london and
It was an amazing concept that turned our creativity and excitement on, since the 10 finals of the competition, have been asked to distillate our own Gin or Vodka and create our own Signature Martini.
We presented the "Pearl Oyster Martini".
Inspiration comes from one of the most classic pairings of Oysters and Martini.
The distillate has been created by redistilling connoisseurs cut adding lumpfish caviar, Nori leaf and lemongrass to introduce the Iodine and herbal notes of Nori leaf, the umami and fish flavour of caviar, so to replicate the Oyster flavour, and lemongrass to add an extra level of citric aromas.
The Passion Berries Vermouth is a unique recipe that has been specifically crafted for this drink by lab. It combines flavours that could complement an Oyster as a dressing.
Passion berries, Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Vanilla.

Garnish: white pickled onions (pearls)
