When you get called to configure AV setup properly as customer said sound wasn't right at all.

After some further investigation, we discovered that the front right speaker wasn't working and there was no display on screen from the Av receiver.

All of these issues were fixed and
acoustics setup correctly with current setup.

All levels adjusted to correct room layout.
