What a birthday!
Got to see so many loved ones virtually or in person! So incredibly lucky. Thank you all!

Two big birthday events with my two favourite boys. 🥰 Big birthday bicycle with Bizzle (was aiming for 35 miles for my, ahem, 35th but JB had other ideas 😉). Followed by an unbelievable birthday meal with Mr. 😍

The Kori Bustard.
My aunt takes incredible photos of her native birds and critters and has introduced me to a wealth of ideas for sketching.

The Kori Bustard is one of the world's heaviest flying birds, however, it lives on the ground and is reluctant to fly unless in serious danger. They live in grasslands and savannas in eastern and southern Africa.

Number 4: “Vest Top Concepts” 🎽🤸‍♂️

Whether it’s a HIIT class, a run, boxing, yoga or just used a base layer the vest or tank is a versatile and necessary item for any season and any training session.

Breathable materials, ventilation and good looks come together for this concept board.

More and more sustainable fabrics and manufacturing processes are being introduced so we’re finally heading in a better direction for textiles and fashion. Keep an eye out. 🌍

Working out in winter is all about layering especially outdoors. Keep those middle layers fun and inspiring whilst still being functional.

Look out for those companies with ethical practices that go above and beyond making and selling fashion. 💝

Personally I have a specific jacket for every occasion, workout and weather scenario 🙈
