About us
Built in 1940, the building (formerly the Regal Cinema) has played hosts to members of the Royal family and famous artists such as the Beetles. The building was recognised as the third biggest single screen cinema in United Kingdom. In 1961, renamed ABC cinemas under new management by Gala Bingo, the building hosted shows like “Pat Garett” and “Billy the kid”. Recently refurbished into a church, the building maintains its art deco style features, carpeting, pantone colours since 1940. The venue offers two elegant spaces for a vast majority of social functions from wedding ceremonies to conferences and seminars.
