If you’ve made a complaint to an airline or airport and feel like you're being ignored — that’s where we come in.

At Disability Aviation and Maritime, we’ve built a strong name for ourselves in the aviation sector by standing up for passengers, especially those with disabilities or additional needs. Airlines and airports are listening, because we know the law — and how to use it.

We work for you, to make sure your rights are respected and that you get what’s fair. Whether it’s poor treatment, inaccessible services, or a refusal to acknowledge your rights, we can help you take it further.

We use laws and regulations from around the world, including:
UK Equality Act 2010 – protects your right to non-discrimination when accessing services, including airports and airlines.

EU Regulation 1107/2006 – requires European airports and airlines to provide free assistance to passengers with disabilities.

US Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) – sets strong rules for accessibility and non-discrimination on US flights.

Civil Aviation (Access to Air Travel for Disabled Persons and Persons with Reduced Mobility) Regulations 2007 (UK) – legal duties on UK airports and airlines to assist disabled passengers.

Montreal Convention 1999 – covers international rights for delay, damage (including to mobility aids), and lost luggage.

ICAO and IATA Accessibility Guidelines – international standards that many airlines and airports are expected to follow.

If you're not being treated fairly — no matter where in the world it happened — we’re here to help you challenge it.

Fill out the form below with all the details of what happened, and upload any photos, screenshots, or documents that can support your case. The more you provide, the stronger we can fight for you.

We’ll work to get you what’s right — wherever you fly.

Helping passengers with sensory processing conditions and additional needs navigate travel with ease and comfort. Your partner in inclusive aviation and maritime services.

I’m going to say it how it is — I’m disgusted by the actions of Wilson James the passenger assistance provider at Heathrow Airport.

This weekend, around 500 of their staff are on strike, yet there has been a shocking lack of transparency, media coverage, or public communication. No updates from Heathrow Airport. No alerts to airlines. No warnings to passengers.

For people with disabilities — this is unacceptable.

Wilson James has shown complete disregard for the people they are contracted to serve. Their failure to communicate this disruption demonstrates one thing clearly: they do not care about disabled passengers, their legal duties, or the consequences of people missing their flights.

If you or someone you know has missed a flight or been affected by this due to Wilson James’ actions, and you need support getting refunds, rebooking flights, or claiming accommodation costs — we are here to help.
