لماذا؟ المنتدى
نظراً لحاجة الذين لديهم افكار لمشاريع وطموح ولا يزالون في بداية حياتهم العملية التجارية فانه تم وضع مبادرة انشاء كيان يضم اعضاء من رجال اعمال وسيدات اعمال يملكون تراخيص تجارية للانضمام الى منتدى الأعمال الخليجى تحت سقف واحد ومظلة واحدة و يكون لهم اتحاد بشكل نادى يستطيعون من خلاله الالتقاء مع بعضهم البعض والاستفادة من خبرات كل منهم وتبادل الأحاديث والأفكار ... ليكون غرفة عمليات الأعمال.

من نحن
فكرة تأسيس منتدى الأعمال الخليجى عبارة عن مبادرة طموحة انطلقت فى دبى عام 2007 م من مؤسسها المفكر الدكتور شهاب احمد العزعزى وتحويل فكرة المنتدى من مشروع خاص من خلال شركه مرخصة فى بريطانيا الى ان يصبح كيان مستقل منظمة اقليمية لتقديم الدعم الكامل للشباب والشابات من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجى واليمن اولاً ثم الدول العربية الاخرى ثم العالم الراغبين في الانخراط في العمل الحر ضمن آلية عمل وبرامج توفر لهم كافة أنواع الدعم المادي والمعنوي وتمكنهم من الوصول للسوق باحترافية وأمان.
حيث يعتبر دعم للمبادرين والمفكرين والموهوبين والمبدعين للأعمال الحرة من العوامل المهمة في جانب المساهمة في الحد من البطالة من جهة وتوطين الأعمال الحرة وخاصةً المتعلقة بالمنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة من جهة أخرى ، ولذلك ينبغي على المتصدرين لهذا العمل التخطيط السليم المبني على معرفة واقع السوق في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجى واليمن وواقع الشباب المستهدف والذي لا يملك غالبيته الخبرة والمهارة اللازمتين للدخول في مضمار العمل الحر .
ولذلك يأتي هذا العمل الطموح " المنتدى " ليساهم في دعم الراغبين في افتتاح وتملك مشاريعهم الصغيرة والمتوسطة والكبيرة ومساندتهم وتشجيعهم والوقوف معهم ليشاركوا في تنمية اقتصاد وطنهم ، بالإضافة إلى تدريبهم وتأهيلهم لهذا المضمار وتمكينهم من الدخول إلى السوق بطريقة مناسبة من أجل تحقيق نجاحات لهذه المشاريع ، وهذا ما نصبوا إليه في " المنتدى ".

المنتدى جهة متميزة لدعم وتمكين المفكرين والمبادرين والمبدعين فى العمل الحر.

الرسالة
توفير منتدى عالمي لاحتضان جميع المفكرين والمبادرين والمبدعين لامتلاك مشاريعهم الصغيرة والمتوسطة والكبيرة الخاصة وتمكينهم من الانخراط في العمل الحر باحترافية وتدريبيهم وتقديم الاستشارات لهم والإشراف عليهم للمساهمة في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني والعربي والعالمي .

كل من لديه الرغبة والاستعداد والجدية للانخراط في العمل الحر من الذين يحملون جنسيات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجى واليمن .
الأهداف
يقوم المنتدى على تحقيق الأهداف التالية:
• توفيربيئة حاضنة للاعمال والافكار واستيعابها
• عرض الفرص الإستثمارية أمام المستثمرين الخليجيين في الداخل و الخارج
• تعارف أعضاء منتدى الأعمال الخليجي فيما بينهم و الإلتقاء
• تنفيذ السوق الخليجية المشتركة للوصول إلى السوق العربية المشتركة و تفعيل إيجاد السوق الإسلامية المشتركة
• الشعور بالإنتماء لهذه الجهة التي قامت بدعم مشاريعهم
• تبادل الخبرات و التجارب في سوق العمل و حل المشكلات المتشابهه
• تنمية روح التعاون بين الأعضاء فيما يعود عليهم جميعاً بالمصلحة
• انطلاق البرامج و الأنشطة التي تخدم الأعضاء و مشاريعهم من خلال المنتدى
• الإتقاء مع رجال الأعمال في المنطقة للإستفادة من خبراتهم و توجيهاتهم
• المساهمة في تطوير برامج و أنشطة " المنتدى " من خلال المقترحات و التوصيات التي تنطلق من واقع حاجة السوق و ميدان العمل
• تنمية مهارات منتدى الأعمال للإرتقاء بمنشآتهم و تطويرها
• تذليل العقبات من خلال برامج اللقاءات مع المسئولين في المصالح الحكومية ذات العلاقة المباشرة و غير المباشرة بمنتدى الأعمال
• طرح عوامل الجذب في مناخ الإقتصادي الخليجي و كذلك التسهيلات التي تمنحها كل دولة للمستثمرين
• إيجاد صلة بين المستثمرين الخليجيين و الدول الأخرى بما يحقق الفائدة للطرفين
• تدعيم الشراكة الإقتصادية بين الجانبين الخليجي و الدول العربية و دول التعاون الإسلامي و دول العالم
• ترجمة السياسات العامة للمشاريع الإستراتيجية إلى برنامج عمل لما تم رصده من مبالغ حسب ميزانيات و صناديق تأهيل الإستثمار الخليجي و كذلك الدعم المالي المقدم من النبك الإسلامي للتنمية للدول الأخرى
• توطيد العلاقات و تقريب وجهات النظر و إبرام اتفاقيات التعاون بين رجال الأعمال و سيدات الأعمال في دول الخليج بعضها البعض من جهة و بين دول العالم من جهة أخرى والإعلان عن مشاريع معينة نتيجة ذلك

الوسائل
يسعى المنتدى لتحقيق أهدافه بالوسائل التالية:
• التنسيق مع المستثمرين من الخارج و بالأخص منظمة التعاون الإسلامي مع دول الخليج و فيما بين الدول بعضها البعض
• تكوين منتدى اليكتروني وعضوية فاعلة
• تكوين نادي يربط المشاريع التي يشرف عليها " المنتدى "
• تكوين مجلة اليكترونية
• إطلاق المشروعات ذات الجدوى و التي تخدم السياسات العامة لدول الخليج ثم الدول العربية ثم دول منظمة التعاون الإسلامي ثم الدول الصديقة في العالم
• القيام بتنفيذ برامج عمل تساعد على تحقيق العائدات المالية و الأهداف المشتركة
• الإشراف المباشر على الأعمال الموكلة إلى المنتدى من قبل الجهات ذات العلاقة
• التنسيق مع الجهات المختصة و المختلفة المستهدفة داخل دول الخليج
• الترويج و جذب البرامج التسويقية للمشاريع بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة
• تنظيم الفعاليات و التي منها ملتقيات المنتدى الدورية و غيرها من المؤتمرات
• تفعيل و زيادة حجم التبادل التجاري بين الدول
• توطيد العلاقات و تقريب وجهات النظر بين كافة الأطراف باستخدام الوسائل المختلفة

يستهدف المنتدى القيام بالأنشطة التالية:

و يشمل الموضوعات التالية:
• عوامل الجذب بالإقتصاد الخليجي و التسهيلات التي تمنحها الحكومة للمستثمرين
• الفرص الإستثمارية المتاحة في مختلف القطاعات
• المجالات الإستثمارية المقترح إقامة مشروعات بها
• المشروعات المقترح إقامتها بدول الخليج ثم الفرص الإستثمارية المتوفرة لدى بعض دول العالم و الأولوية دول منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي و المعروض أن يتم الإستثمار بها من قبل دول الخليج
و يشمل المشروعات بالمجالات التالية:
• مجال البنول و التمويل الإسلامي
• مجال الصناعة
• مجال السياحة
• مجال النفط و الصناعات المصاحبة له
• مجال النقل و المواصلات و الموانئ
