A leading Property Development Company is seeking to employ a Transactions Officer to provide support to the Sales and Marketing team, to ensure that all closed sales are properly documented, recorded in line with the company’s set procedures.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and completing Sales documentation with clients, in line with the company’s approved agreement.
• Liaising with the company’s legal team to ensure that all issues relating to sales are resolved.
• Liaising with the Finance department to ensure that all sales are properly recorded.
• Maintaining the ledger of receivables of all clients
• Auditing the sales & analytics of the Marketing team to ensure consistency
• Responsible for all communications with clients post-sales to ensure that all agreements are enforced.
• Perform all the internal accounting functions including management of petty cash for the Sales and Marketing team.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting concentration is preferred.
• A few years in a similar role, preferably with a real estate company/banking.
• Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal communication skills and verbal and written.

Remuneration

• Up to N150k/month net (depending on experience)
• Commission Structure: Commission payment is subject to performance on designated sales targets
a. Team-generated leads – 0.2% of completed sales
b. External Agents: 0.1% of completed sales.

A leading Property Development Company is seeking to employ a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating sales leads on available properties
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers, including sourcing customer referrals
• Developing strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of the team
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints

Requirements

• A degree preferably in a Business related field
• A few years in a sales role (preferably with a Property Development company)
• Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
• Aptitude for persuasion, negotiation and time management
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers

Remuneration

• Up to N200k/month (dependent on experience)
• Commission Structure: Commission payment is subject to performance on designated sales targets
a. Self-generated leads – 1% of completed sales
b. External Agents: 0.5% of completed sales by Sales Executive
