Jodie Knight sad girl pop from a positively happy girl Being a keen musician from a young age, Jodie’s music is an amalgamation of influences from all over.

From busking on the streets at a young age, she has learned to curate her sets for the right audiences. Being in the recording studio lead her to take up an interest in producing, which she then pursued into university, studying an honours degree in BA Songwriting & Production at the esteemed LIPA (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts) University, set up by Sir Paul McCartney. Through studying music production she managed to explore more genres and experiment with modern techniques, and has now very much found her sound. Alongside producing herself and her own music, she has taken the dance music industry by a storm, having one of her early collaborative releases with Ultra Records in America and collaborating with artists like Yousef & Judge Jules. She has performed in venues across the country, notably opening up for Rick Astley in Liverpool at the M&S Bank Arena and at the Glasgow Armadillo back in 2018. Having multiple spins on BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM, and support from people such as Jaguar and Ben Malone, this is just the beginning for Jodie.
