An identity shaped by art, architecture and craftsmanship.

Every element of the One Palace Green brand was created to reflect the character and provenance of this remarkable Grade II* listed building.

A customised version of Ergon by Commercial Type brings a contemporary quality to the calligraphic forms associated with Arts and Crafts typography.

Greens, purples and metallic finishes draw on the setting of Kensington Palace Gardens and the richly detailed interiors.

We also commissioned artist Emily Robertson to create a series of bespoke watercolour illustrations depicting the property and its surroundings. Their material, hand-rendered quality reinforces the artisanal character at the heart of the project.

Alongside the identity, Greenspace delivered the destination strategy, teaser film direction, digital and printed brochures, floorplan collateral and a dedicated website, creating a complete brand world for a singular cultural and architectural offering.

A Modern Masterpiece
Our positioning for One Palace Green presents the development not simply as a residence, but as a collectible work of art: a legacy acquisition shaped by rarity, provenance, craftsmanship and cultural value.

“Thinking about this property purely through its real estate value fails to capture its true significance. One Palace Green is not part of a property portfolio; its cultural relevance is that of a heritage collection.” Adrian Caddy, Founder and CEO, Greenspace.

Inspired by the traditions of art collecting, we developed an identity system around the idea of “Collector’s Marks”, the monograms and ownership marks historically applied to artworks as they passed through important collections.

The One Palace Green logo brings together three bespoke marks referencing the Howard family, who commissioned the original property; Kensington Palace Gardens; and the building’s original makers, Philip Webb and William Morris.

A contemporary identity, in continuation with the stories held within the building.

Introducing One Palace Green

Delighted to share the brand identity and creative direction for this exceptional new residential development by REDD Real Estate, located on Kensington Palace Gardens, one of London’s most prestigious private addresses.

Originally designed by Arts and Crafts architect Philip Webb and completed in 1870, the Grade II* listed mansion was once the London residence of George Howard, 9th Earl of Carlisle.

Its interiors featured work by William Morris’s celebrated firm, much of which has been carefully restored.

Comprising five apartments and a detached coach house, One Palace Green brings together architectural heritage, contemporary craftsmanship and a remarkable cultural legacy.

Our work began with a central question: how do you position a property whose significance extends far beyond real estate?
The answer: A Modern Masterpiece.

“Made Here” at Regent Quarter was conceived as a platform for artists, independent businesses, emerging talent and the local community.

Our strategy and design opened up underused spaces to new possibilities, from creative workshops and exhibitions to neighbourhood gatherings and fashion catwalks, with the ambition of bringing fresh activity and new audiences to the area.

28,000 dots. Six colours. One month of installation.
Our work at Regent Quarter for Endurance Land brought an immersive colourscape to Laundry Yard, tucked within London’s King’s Cross.

Combining a painted environment, large-scale graphics and projection mapping, we created a flexible setting for exhibitions, performances, gatherings and unexpected encounters.

A creative canvas for King’s Cross.

At Regent Quarter, we transformed underused spaces through colour, monumental graphics and an identity rooted in making.

Part of our “Made Here” meanwhile placemaking strategy, the space was designed as a canvas to welcome creative activity and give people new reasons to explore this corner of the neighbourhood.

The new Vabel brand makes its first public appearance through Vabel Townhouse.

Located opposite The Whiteley redevelopment, the project forms part of the transformation of Queensway into one of central London’s emerging residential destinations.

Adrian Caddy, Founder & CEO of Greenspace, said:

“The Vabel brand identity is an expression of The Vabel Way of Life: a disciplined, design-led philosophy where architecture, materiality, language and experience align in a refined, timeless brand system.”

Jeremy Spencer, Creative Director & Founder of Vabel, added:

“Nearly 17 years in, Vabel is defined by the people we attract, the projects we’re trusted with, and the way we work. Our brand needed to tell our story, capture our personality, and above all evoke what it feels like to experience a Vabel home.

Greenspace were the natural partner to bring this to life. It’s been a genuinely inspiring journey and we’re proud of what we’ve created together.”

The new Vabel website launched alongside the brand, with Vabel Townhouse marking the first in a wider pipeline of developments planned for Queensway and beyond.
