About Melda Ekmen, HR Consultant/Trainer/Coach:
Melda has a passion for making goals and dreams happen. She worked in three different countries (UK, France and Turkey) in big (L’Oreal Group) and small organisations. She studied different topics on human behaviour, mainly in the UK which gave her the opportunity to interact and build relationships with people from all over the world. Melda worked in environments where entrepreneurship has always been at the heart of the business. This led her to finally set up her own business - Mira Consulting & Coaching in London, in her favourite city. She particularly enjoys contributing to business and individual success at all levels and experiencing different company cultures. Throughout her career Melda has focused on HR project management, design and delivery of development programmes and candidate search and selection. She managed people starting from the very first year of her career and always took management roles as she progressed thanks to her sense of achievement and leadership skills. She also worked with numerous senior directors and supported the overall strategy of the business at hand. Melda is a dedicated professional and values connecting and collaborating with her business partners to create win-win situations. She has a solution oriented approach followed with great curiosity to find alternative ways. She is very pragmatic and likes to connect different ideas and people to reach solutions. Melda appreciates challenges as she believes that this is where real growth happens. She likes to draw on her depth of experience when it comes to her coaching and help people to reach their goals and dreams through courageous decisions.
