Understanding Our £549 CCTV Offer

At 360 Home Security, we believe in being clear about what you’re paying for.

Our two-camera CCTV package has been reduced from £799 to £549 — a genuine saving of £250. This offer runs until 31 December 2026, with our standard price returning on 1 January 2027.

So, what does the offer cover?

It covers the advertised two-camera package with a basic installation, using cable neatly clipped to the wall — similar to a straightforward Sky or broadband cable run.

Every property is different, and some customers want additional work or equipment, such as:

- Trunking to cover the cables.
- Concealed cable routes requiring extra work.
- Additional cameras.
- A larger hard drive to support the recording requirements.
- Extra network cabling or suitable Wi-Fi equipment where needed.

These involve additional materials, equipment and labour, so they are charged separately. A Wi-Fi extender, for example, isn’t automatically included in the basic package.

We explain this during a site survey or WhatsApp video assessment, and agree the full price with you before installation.

If your quotation reaches £700 or £800 after adding cameras, storage or more involved cabling, that total reflects the additional work you’ve requested. The £549 offer still applies to the basic package.

We understand that everyone has a budget, and there’s nothing wrong with asking whether the price can be reduced. Our quoted prices are fixed, but we’re happy to discuss which optional extras you need so you can make an informed decision.

With over 10 years’ experience, insurance, written workmanship terms and five-star customer reviews on Google, our prices reflect the equipment, care and time involved in completing your installation properly.

Why do we ask for a 50% deposit?

The deposit confirms your booking and allows us to commit to purchasing equipment and reserving installation time. The remaining balance is payable once the agreed installation is completed.

We understand that booking someone for the first time requires trust. That’s why we provide a written quotation, explain the payment terms and welcome questions before you commit. It gives both the customer and our business a clear agreement to work from.

We work hard to offer fair prices, honest advice and professional installations. Whether you choose the basic package or additional options, you’ll know what’s included and what it costs before we begin.

We can travel further afield by arrangement, but additional travelling costs will be added—approximately £25, depending on location, confirmed in your quote before booking.

Basic installation includes cables neatly clipped along brickwork or external walls. Concealed cabling, trunking and other additional work cost extra, with prices provided during a telephone quotation or site visit.

• Alarm systems: contact us to discuss a suitable package.

The CCTV offer runs until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, the two-camera package returns to £799—a saving of £249.01 when booked under this offer.

🏡🔒 A Home Security Installation in Southend-on-Sea

This weekend, 360 Home Security travelled from East Ham to Southend-on-Sea to complete a CCTV installation at a home on a new housing estate.

Our customer originally chose our two-camera CCTV package, then added a third camera and a viewing monitor, which we also supplied and connected.

Following an on-site survey, we agreed camera positions to cover the property’s key approaches, entrances and parking area.

The first camera provides a wider overview of the front garden and approach to the house. We also considered the planned Eufy doorbell, which would provide a closer view of visitors at the doorway.

The second camera was mounted at an elevated position to overlook the parking space and the area around the customer’s vehicle. As the video shows, this gives a useful overview of that side of the property.

📷 Rear garden
The third camera overlooks the rear garden, with particular attention to the side-gate entrance, patio door, window and patio area.

Camera placement makes a difference. Each position was chosen around the layout of the home and the areas the customer wanted to monitor. Tripline notifications help alert the customer to activity in selected areas.

At night, the cameras’ LED illumination supports full-colour footage and adds a visible security presence to help deter unwanted activity.

🔔 Next week: the home alarm installation

We’ll be returning next week to install the customer’s home alarm system. Once fitted, the property will have two layers of protection: CCTV to monitor the outside areas and an alarm to help detect intrusion inside the home.

The supplied monitor already allows the customer to view the cameras conveniently at home, bringing the outdoor coverage together on one screen.
