All these services and training are tailor made to meet the clients’ needs and environment and are normally delivered at their location. Most are aimed at Governments and International Corporate organisations, but can be tailored for High Value Individuals. They can be delivered at various levels to suit the circumstances. Please note that some of the training is “closed”, i.e. available only to accredited Law Enforcement or Military personnel. Also many of the courses involve initial suitability assessment and most include a competency test at the end, with the appropriate certification on successful completion. In the last year, we had a busy time, which included interesting and exciting assignments worldwide with our clients. On the training front, some of the highlights were as follows:
Training a South American Special Police Force Unit (CN): the initial course lasted a month, with our team enjoying the keen attitude and enthusiasm of all participants, already experienced Police Officers. Working with an African Maritime Police Force: 2 weeks of basic security training, focused on Port Security
In addition we were asked to train the African Customs Service. They required basic awareness and introduction seminars to a large force of thousands. Broken down in 2-day slots at various locations and is still on-going
More recently T.S.I. is working with a large security team in South Africa, providing training in guarding and security intelligence, this is an on-going undertaking. Over the last few months we have just completed a tactics course in South East Asia for one of their Special Police Force Units (CT/CI) these are "badged" S.F operatives who required an "Upskill" on some of their current training. The only downside was it was "Monsoon" season! A few HEAT courses to various organisations: much fun had by all and shock had by the participants
