Happy New Year to all!!
I wanted to take the opportunity to share that after 13 wonderful years of co- creating and running the very successful Executive Presence for Women course at RADA Business, I have decided to step down from this programme. A different course has now been created with new tutors under the same name.
I want to thank all those who have helped support the programme over the years and championed it. Most of all, I am hugely grateful to the 1,200+ Executive Women who I've had the pleasure to know and be part of shaping your lives and careers. It has truly been an honour to watch you progress and hear your success stories. I have seen how you have taken your space at meetings and boardrooms; used your voice to put forward bold messages, asked for that promotion, pay rise or seat at the table which you would otherwise not have felt confident or deserving to do. Those of you who bravely stood on stages when public speaking terrified you and influenced the change you wanted to see in your organisation and at senior level. You have been role models to younger women, built networks to empower others and shown what is possible when you choose to lead with personal power, authenticity, gravitas and kindness. I am so proud of each one of you!
As I begin a new and exciting chapter and adventure in 2026, I wish each of you continued success as you journey towards inspiring new visions, powerful career goals and creating a world where inclusion and opportunities are available to all.
