The Central Landlords Authority was set up to provide a structured asse

ssment for UK landlords. Our main aim is to ensure the safety of tenants in their homes by ongoing independent assessment, which allows our landlords to show they have met all legal requirements and are striving to go further. The Central Landlords Authority in partnership with our advisory board have outlined an in-depth assessment , which our landlords each undergo to become members. We look at legal requirements and additional requirements. Once they have passed the assessment, they become members and agree to abide by our code of conduct and complaints procedure to ensure ongoing high standards.
