We recently welcomed Francesca, an architecture undergraduate, to DARNA for a four-week internship, giving her the opportunity to gain a better understanding of project management and see how projects progress in practice.

Reflecting on her experience, she said:

“Site visits were a particular highlight for me. Seeing projects at different stages of delivery allowed me to compare them while giving me a fuller picture than their drawings alone could offer. Having seen how project management actually pans out day to day, I continue with my degree far more excited about where it could lead me.”

Last night we had the pleasure of attending the Employer and Student Awards at Stanmore College, and we were honoured to be nominated for Employer of the Year. Congratulations to all nominees and winners recognised throughout the evening.

People are the foundation of our business, so what better way to give back to our fantastic team than an away trip to the 5-star Celtic Manor Resort.

Across two days, we focused on our people strategy and plans for the next 12 months, alongside dedicated time to recharge and connect. The itinerary included archery, a pro-led golf session, padel and Pilates, followed by an overnight stay and shared dining experience.

A brilliant few days that reinforced everything we’ve built over the past five years at DARNA.

“I joined DARNA in September 2025, and over the past six months I’ve been supporting clients with complex delivery programmes, helping to unlock commercial opportunities and move projects forward.

What stands out about DARNA is how different it feels to other organisations I’ve worked with. There is a genuine commitment to providing best-in-class service and working closely with clients to help them realise their ambitions.
