Energie Entertainment are a fast-growing provider of entertainment, showcallers and stage management in the Middle East. They are a small team and naturally their focus is on delivering projects for their existing clients. However, that meant it was difficult for them to find time to reach out to new clients to grow the business.

When British Mums came to us, they had multiple mailing lists on an old mail server and were starting to see a lot of bounces and unsubscribes from their newsletters.

We consolidated all the lists and cleaned them by removing duplicates, errors, typos, and bounced addresses, creating one master list. Relevant original information was retained as tags to help track the history of each address and to better target future emails.

Finally, we set British Mums up with a new email newsletter platform to improve the deliverability, analytics and tracking of their future mail shots.

The result was improved delivery and engagement rates, and the new email platform dramatically reduced the time it takes to create each newsletter.
