We've been making some Rum Old Fashioneds. We managed to pick a limited edition bottle of .rum 6 year old. Only 450 btls a year. The old fashioned is great because it brings out the flavour profiles of this fantastic rum.

Plantation (6 Year old)
Old Fashioned
-Plantation Rum 6 (50ml)
-Demerara Sugar (1 teaspoon)
-Angostura (3 dashes)
-chocolate bitters (1dash)
Garnish with orange or lime twist
