We're delighted to welcome Fiona Carter, Group Director of Education at Forfar Education, to the speaker line-up at Outstanding Schools Dubai 2026.
With responsibility for schools across the UK, Iberia and Greece, Fiona plays a key role in supporting educational quality, guiding school development and integrating new acquisitions while ensuring each school retains its unique identity and local context.
Before joining Forfar Education, Fiona served as International Director at Wellington College International, overseeing partnerships across India, Singapore, Malaysia and the Middle East. She also spent four years in China leading Wellington's central academic team, bringing extensive experience of international school leadership and educational excellence across diverse global settings.
Originally a primary school teacher from Sheffield, Fiona's leadership philosophy is centred on children and their families. While she enjoys working across all phases of education, she is particularly passionate about early years education and the vital role it plays in laying the foundations for lifelong success and wellbeing.
Join us in Dubai this November to hear Fiona share insights from her experience leading and supporting schools across multiple countries, cultures and educational contexts.
