The first episode of “Parenting Unscripted” is authored by Radio 1 DJ Charlie Hedges and is released today (Friday 9th October 2026). Charlie explores her own shyness and the impact that has on her daughter, Summer-Rose. It’s essential viewing for anyone who ever lacks confidence in certain social situations.
