Had a meeting with a business owner yesterday who asked a great question:
"If I was going to actually try this automation stuff, where's the safest place to start?"
Made me think. Not everybody wants to run with their hottest leads off the bat, right?
But what about those 500 leads sitting in your CRM from 6 months ago?
The ones that the sales team are allergic to, and you've written off as dead anyway?
If simply testing an automated sales system on those could bring 30+ of those back to life as well, worst case scenario is... nothing changes.
They're still dead!
Best case?
You've got 30 new opportunities you'd completely forgotten about.
Where would you feel comfortable testing first - new leads or old ones?
