Our Recycle Week series continues ♻️

Not every sustainable choice involves putting something in a recycling bin.

Our forklifts are electric rather than gas-powered, helping us reduce fumes and on-site emissions while moving stock safely around our warehouses.

It’s another practical change that supports a cleaner working environment for our team and a more sustainable operation.

Because the smaller everyday choices matter too.

Less waste. A perfect fit 📦

Lucky Saint designed its packaging fort his mailer to fit the product exactly (and it looks fantastic too).

No empty space, no void fill and no unnecessary extras. Just secure, right-sized packaging that protects the product and creates a great unboxing experience.

It is a great example of sustainability being built into the design from the beginning not added as an afterthought.

Our role is to store, pack and fulfil consistently, making sure every order leaves us exactly as the brand intended.

What packaging issue would you like to solve?

Our Recycle Week series continues ♻️

Today, we’re looking at what goes inside the box.

We buy in recycled paper shred to help protect products during delivery. It provides cushioning, looks great inside a mailer and reduces the need for plastic void fill.

Once the parcel has been opened, the shred can be recycled again keeping the material in use for longer.

Protective, presentable and a more sustainable packaging choice.

Sustainable packaging still needs to do its job. 📦

Reducing packaging doesn’t mean compromising on protection. The right solution starts with understanding the product, how it will travel and what it needs to arrive safely.

That might include:
• Right-sizing cartons to reduce unnecessary space
• Reusing suitable packaging materials where possible
• Choosing protection based on the product -not a one-size-fits-all approach!
• Reducing void fill without increasing the risk of damage

Using less packaging only makes sense if the item still reaches the customer in the condition they expect. A damaged product creates waste too.

It’s about finding the right balance between protection, presentation, cost and sustainability.

Our Recycle Week series continues ♻️

A mailer can look fantastic without relying on lots of unnecessary packaging.

These wicker baskets were used for a client project, creating a lovely presentation while incorporating recyclable materials and giving the recipient something they could use again afterwards.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful packaging choices can deliver the right brand experience while considering what happens once the parcel has been opened.

Beautiful, practical and designed for another life.

Looks like Cam and Maritza are making a break for it… 👀

We’re looking back at one of the more unusual brand activation projects we’ve supportedstoring and managing these larger-than-life Squishmallows characters between events.

Cam the Cat and Maritza the Cactus certainly weren’t standard warehouse stock, but the process behind looking after them was every bit as carefully planned:

• Goods-in and condition checks
• Sorting and secure, odd-sized storage
• Cleaning and quality control
• Preparing both characters for their next activation
• Safe despatch in line with the project schedule

Brand activation assets come in all shapes and sizes, and they often need to return several times throughout a campaign. Our role is to make sure they’re properly checked, cared for and ready to go again whenever they’re needed.

Although, judging by this video, Cam and Maritza may have decided not to wait for despatch…

Which part of the project journey would you like to see behind the scenes next?

A day on the road with Robert Guy 🚐

From our warehouse in Bermondsey, our van heads out across London supporting clients with local collections and deliveries it could be in SE1 or as far as Watford no one day is the same.

That may involve delivering campaign materials, event stock or those last-minute extras that need to arrive quickly. Being close to central London allows us to offer the flexible, hands-on support our clients often need when they need it most.

Because good fulfilment does not always stop at the warehouse door.

How many London landmarks can you spot in the photo? 👀

The customer experience does not end when an order is delivered.

Returns are often the point where loyalty is either protected—or lost.

Our returns and aftercare support can include:

📦 Receiving and checking returned items
🔍 Recording their condition
🛠️ Repacking or reworking stock where agreed
📊 Updating inventory and providing clear reporting
♻️ Returning suitable products to stock or separating damaged items

Handled well, a return can turn a disappointing experience into a positive one—and give the customer confidence to order again.

Are your returns helping or hurting customer loyalty?
