The Role

We are seeking a FIFA Licensed Football Agent to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established player portfolio while also developing new opportunities within a supportive, faith-aligned environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support a portfolio of professional players.
• Negotiate player contracts, transfers, and sponsorship deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, scouts, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide holistic guidance to players, supporting both career and personal development.
• Represent the values and integrity of Three16 Sports in all dealings.

Requirements
• Must be a FIFA Licensed Football Agent (Intermediary).

• Existing network of contacts in clubs, scouts, or academies.
