- Debt Advisory: Strategic advice on the European syndicated debt markets and raising finance through the loan markets
- Affordable Housing: Provide assistance the negotiation of S106 Agreements and the identifying of potential affordable housing providers for mixed-use schemes
- Planning Advice: Delivery of Statement of Community Interest and other relevant planning documentation
- Public Affairs: Political engagement with key politicians within the relevant planning authority and the Greater London Authority, including relevant Cabinet Members, officers and ward councillors

Delighted to have been able to assist Elephant & Castle Projects and CoDE Concepts obtain unanimous planning approval from Southwark's Council's Planning Committee last night for their revised planning application at 98-104 Rodney Road introducing London's first pod hotel. Substituting the 126 double bedrooms previously approved with 36 double bedrooms and 496 single pods the scheme continues to provide a home for the Arts Network and a shop on the ground floor and will provide a new affordable destination for solo travellers to London.

A busy year in 2023 obtaining a series of important consents Highlights include:

- Daisy Business Park: delivering 668 student beds, 23 family homes, commercial space, public realm improvements equating to 40% affordable housing.
- Bear Lane: providing 6,000sqm of new offices and a new section of the Low Line
- Rodney Road: creating a new 126-room hotel, a new home for Arts network, a convenience store and cafe.
