Channelling Nessa, here is what was occurring:

🎬 In collaboration with the we welcomed George Randerson, Post Production Leader at Netflix. George shared how careers really take shape and reflected on his work on some of the biggest titles on our screens today, including ‘Should I Marry a Murderer’ and ‘Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere.’

⭐️We hosted our very first London Functions Fair, giving teams the opportunity to put faces to emails and discover the capabilities of the functions that help keep our office running. With guest appearances from Finance, Staffing, Recruitment, Communications and Marketing.

🗞️ BCG’s Centre for Growth made headlines in the Financial Times with the launch of a new report examining the future of the UK’s financial services sector.

For Akhila, ASPIRE was about meeting down-to-earth women, hearing about their work, sharing dinners, and realising that consulting doesn’t have to look one way.

It was sociable, surprising, and full of people from different universities, some of whom are now her colleagues at BCG.

ASPIRE is returning in 2026. 👀 This three-day workshop for women brings university and PhD students together to explore what a career at BCG could look like.

2026 is off to a flying start here in our London Office.

Some highlights of our year so far:

👋 Welcoming new joiners – Colleagues from Amsterdam and Brussels joined the London cohort for onboarding and bonding activities, strengthening our cross-office collaboration from day one.

🎮 Game on! Our new games room is now open, bringing a touch of fun and friendly rivalry to office life.

👍 Celebrating new leadership – We recognised our newest London leaders. Join us in congratulating our newly appointed Managing Directors and Partners.

♻️ Progress towards net zero – Reusable takeaway containers have been introduced across the office, helping us further reduce waste and stay focused on our sustainability commitments.
