*Reports to:* National Program Manager
*Job Summary:*
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented 16 Regional Program Coordinator to support our programs and operations in Ghana. The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth program implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Coordinate program activities, including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
2. Support program staff and partners with reporting, data collection, and documentation.
3. Facilitate communication between teams, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
5. Provide administrative support, including procurement and travel arrangements.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Admin, Communications, Development Studies).
2. 2+ years of experience in program coordination or a similar role.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Desired Skills:*
1. Familiarity with program management and peer leadership operations.
2. Experience working with NGOs or development organizations.
3. Competent in Social Media Marketing and peer to peer engagement.
ABOUT *LEGACYHOUSE IRELAND CRITICAL SKILL EMPLOYMENT PERMIT VISA PROGRAM*
The Program replaces the Green Card type employment permit and it is designed to attract highly skilled people into the labour market with the aim of encouraging them to take up permanent residence in Ireland. Eligible occupations under this program are deemed to be critically important to growing Ireland’s economy, are highly demanded and highly skilled, and in significant shortage of supply in the labour market. Occupations such as ICT professionals, professional engineers and technologists are catered for under this type of employment permit. Eligible occupations are largely determined in line with the regular analyses of the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs with regard to the labour market requirements in respect of strategically important skills. The list of eligible occupations is set out in the Critical Skills Occupations List.
