We begin with a consultation to understand your needs and preferred locations. Then we contact our trusted estate agent partners to research properties. We pre-vet each one by visiting them ourselves, and prepare a detailed report highlighting the pros and cons of both the property and the area.
That saves you time and money, you don’t need to travel to Portugal for the initial scouting. Together, we shortlist the properties you like most, and then you can fly over to view them in person.
We’ll be with you every step of the way, from airport pickup to hotel check-in, to viewings. We’ll even tour the neighbourhood with you, so you feel confident and familiar with the area.
