We have determined that it is in the best interests of our companies and our Organizations and bodies. to end our business relationship at this time.
We appreciate the efforts that you and your team have made during the term of the agreement, and we hope that you will understand our decision.
Please note that: Provisions that will continue to be in effect after the termination, such as a non-disclosure agreement still active in this agreement, So It is generally not a good idea to use the names of directors in publishing without permission, as it could potentially infringe on their rights and lead to legal issues. It is always best to seek permission before using someone's name or likeness in any public forum, including in publishing. This applies to directors as well as any other individuals. If you want to mention a director in your publishing, it is important to make sure that you have the necessary permissions to do so.
Before terminating any of our members from your organization, it is important for the organization to carefully review the terms of the membership agreement and consult with legal counsel to understand its rights and obligations. The organization should also follow any procedures that are outlined in the agreement for terminating a membership, such as providing written notice or allowing the member an opportunity to address any issues before the termination takes effect.
