A disciplinary process can become all-consuming. Don't let it consume you.

You need you, especially during a disciplinary process.

I've seen enough to know that if you pop down, break down, or go to pieces, you can't help yourself or your loved ones.

That’s why Dawn H Jones devotes a whole chapter to this in my book, Navigating Disciplinary Processes.

It’s not always easy, but absolutely doable.

Are you in a disciplinary process?

Are you confused?

I wrote Navigating Disciplinary Processes after realising that many people aren’t sure how to handle a disciplinary process or take care of themselves while going through one.

This book walks you through each step and includes checklists at the end of every chapter to help you stay organised.

The special launch price ends tomorrow. You can get your copy on Amazon.

"I don't have time to read HR policies and procedures".

You may want to rethink that.

Last week, I posted a video explaining why I wrote Navigating Disciplinary Processes: A Practical Stress-Less Guide for Employees.

Since the launch is coming up soon, I wanted to share it again.

If you didn't catch it last week, this video gives you a quick look at why I wrote the book and who it's for.

The virtual book launch will be on Saturday, 26 September, from 2 to 3 pm.

I hope you can join me.
