Facebook friends of Leading Ideas - I NEED YOUR HELP - I'm after a venue in central London on 12th July from 6.00 - 9.00pm to host 30 brilliant and creative people hoping to do some good. We want to help Finding Rhythms (http://www.finding-rhythms.co.uk) to help more prisoners find confidence, direction and joy in music and offer skills and outlook that will lead to a crime free life. If you want to be involved in the event itself then please do get in touch about that (its a kind of creative social with us using a facilitation and innovation process plus some great brains in music/media/events/business to help them crack a key challenge) - but what we're looking for first off is a venue. It might be a fab meeting room in an office, or a cafe that would be happy to let us take over after hours or an event space that might consider a good charity rate or a freebie. We'll fund this ourselves, so we're hoping most of the budget will be food and drink for our contributors. Could I plead with you to have a quick think about whether you know anyone who might be willing to have a conversation about this or do you have a great recommendation OR do you actually have a venue that you'd like to offer? All leads eagerly followed, so if you have five minutes, give us a hand.

Listening to amazing women talk me through the mistakes they've made over the last few days has been ten times more inspirational and life-affirming than any story of straight success.
