It’s been a very sad day in the office today… 😢💔

Today, we had to say goodbye (against our will!) to the one and only Sandra Dydo, who is leaving us to work closer to home.

Sandra, you haven’t just been a colleague, you’ve been the heart, soul, and volume control destroyer of this office. 😂 Your bold, fearless personality lit up every single room (and sometimes the entire building). You made every day more fun, every challenge more doable, and every break 100x louder.

You taught us things we didn’t even know we needed to know. You brought fresh ideas, fierce work ethic, and a contagious laugh we’re honestly going to need therapy to recover from.

We don’t just wish you the best, we demand the best for you. Your next employer doesn’t even know how lucky they are. We suggest they prepare themselves for brilliance, sass, and a sudden spike in office morale.

From the bottom of our hearts thank you for being you. We miss you already, and it just won’t be the same without you.

Don’t be a stranger, Sandra. This isn’t goodbye, just a very dramatic “see you later.” ❤️

🔍 “The system’s new—why would we need a maintenance plan already?”
We get it. It’s a fair thought, and one that comes up often. After all, if the equipment is brand new and under warranty, shouldn’t that be enough?
Here’s where things get a little more real…

🕒 When timing matters, warranties don’t always keep up.
Most manufacturers will only cover the hardware—but not the urgency. If something stops working, it might need to be removed and posted back for inspection. That alone can take weeks. And in the meantime? You could be without the system you’re depending on to protect your property.
Even worse—some warranties won’t cover damage if it’s deemed accidental or caused by things like power surges or spills. And you only find that out when it’s too late.

⚠️ This actually happened.
A client once chose to skip the service cover after a major CCTV install. Just a few months in, the system failed. The culprit? A fried server. It had to be sent off. No coverage until it came back. And to top it off, the warranty didn’t apply due to damage they weren’t even aware of. They were lucky enough to have a spare—many don’t.

🤝 That’s what a proper maintenance agreement is for.
It’s not about “if” something breaks. It’s about making sure you’re not caught off guard when it does.
