True story , I mean it’s also watching love is blind with you on the couch while we chat about what we’re going to do with the rest of lives, eating good snacks and deciding which of the brilliant ideas we are going to launch into the world first ..
But honestly ‘ love language’ might be what we call it now, but for me it’s listening to what people need to make them tick, what they want from me and what they actually need, seeing how they work, pushing them just a little bit, sharing my stories with them, introducing them to people so they can build their network, empowering them so they have all the belief in themselves and letting them go forth and conquer .. x love gayle

Ok ok so I’ve not posted for a minute ( almost 2 months ) here’s the weird thing about instagram we get used to seeing people post all the time that when they don’t we think they cant be doing anything when actually it’s the opposite and maybe they’ve ( as in me ) been really busy and posting here has gone to the bottom of the list when really I should be practising what I preach.

It’s a lot and sometimes we get lost in the race and the uncertainty of what we are doing and the constant comparison with others and what we should or shouldn’t be doing at different times in our lives.
Throw in working for yourself, family and social media and it’s another level.
What I do believe to be true is that things do come to us all at different times and it all usually works out for the best and we shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves along the way. x ( and also I’m ready now, just saying )

A brand truly rewriting the rules of midlife skin with h**p powered skincare.
It was such a pleasure meeting founder Jackie and hearing her story, you know how I love meeting female founders and hearing their stories.
Her Husband grows the h**p on their farm with so much care and purpose.
Also love hearing from Liz how this brand has really made a massive difference to her skin and how it’s given her so much confidence.
Can’t wait to try it out , will let you know how I get on.

It’s true, When we are in the thick of it , we can get lost in what we’re doing and why we even started, it’s hard it’s really hard, no one is telling you what to do or how to do it.
Honestly try it, go find a review or a lovely customer email, read it out loud it really helps.

Sometimes, the best way forward is by remembering why you began…
and then make a cup of tea & make a list.. x
