We bit of fault finding today 😎

This customer had to keep topping up water pressure and didn’t have any hot water

New flow turbine fitted and the hot water is sorted

Faulty prv replaced now this boiler is running perfect with no drop in pressure

Emergency call out🛠🛠

This customer had there gas supply cap by firmus as there was a bad smell coming from the boiler. We carried out a full gas safety check and came across high co levels inside the boiler. We stripped the boiler down to find the main burner gasket had failed and was leaking.

Luckily we had a spare gasket in the van and was able to swap it out on a Sunday 👌
