This saddens me but the I’ve done a lot of work to not be as bothered about what people think.

Because they’ll think and says what they want no matter what, you can’t control it.

So don’t let it hold you back, especially from promoting your business.

Running a small business is hard.

We know that, others know that and, on the really bad days you want to rant and ask why.

But don’t do it, write it down, scream it out, make the post but delete don’t post it.

There’s a better way of reframing it, making it a positive post, encouraging and making you feel better because that is how you want to leave your customers feeling, positive, encouraged and motivated.

Unfortunately a negative rant doesn’t do that. This is where your support network comes in, use them, bounce off them.

Communication is absolute good communication difficult communication just staying in touch with people and talking about what you need to talk about. Don’t let things dwell. Don’t let things build up and just don’t assume anything until you’ve heard it straight out of someone’s mouth.

I mean, social media is meant to be social Wright so we should be liking commenting replying to stories and just being social with it rather than the endless scroll of monotonous posts.

So if you do anything today, like or comment on a post or a small business cause I promise one they will love to see it and too you never know if you’ll get a reply by the owner.

I understand that it takes a lot and I understand that it’s really not easy but don’t hold onto that one negative comment and let it outweigh the thousand positive comments you’ve got.

and if you can pass on that positivity and let a small business owner know what an awesome job they’re doing because I promise you it will mean the absolute world to them.

Huge shout out today to who have customer service absolutely nailed.

There is nothing better than walking into somewhere and someone gives you eye contact. They smile. They ask you how they can help. It just makes a huge difference.

i’m someone that firmly believes in karma and those ladies were so helpful to us today that I hope they have an awesome awesome weekend and they’re good deed comes back to them tenfold.

So go and visit because it is a beautiful spot and the team there are awesome.
