When people first hear about OnRECORD, they often think I'm simply recording someone's memories.
But it's much more than that.
It's giving someone permission to look back on a life well lived.
To talk about the people they loved.
The lessons they learned.
The mistakes they made.
The moments that changed everything.
I've seen people laugh, cry and remember things they hadn't thought about for decades.
The finished recording becomes something precious.
Not because it's professionally recorded.
Because it's personal.
Because it's real.
Because one day, somebody will be very grateful that it exists.
If you've ever thought about recording a parent, grandparent or loved one, I'd be happy to tell you more.
Many people tell me they've been meaning to do something like this for years. The reality is that there is rarely a perfect time. If you'd like to explore an OnRECORD session for a parent, grandparent, family member or business founder, I'm now taking bookings from August onwards and currently have space for two projects per month.
