Well Lossiemouth, the time has come.
Today (Wednesday the 14th October) is our last operating day.
The Cash Hub was initially opened in 2025 to help the Lossiemouth community with their banking needs. At least until the town was able to open back up a full Post Office again.
Originally, we were only meant to be open for three months, as time went on, that time grew and grew.
We have now been here 17 months!
But, with the new Post Office opend up in the Spar on Queen Street our job is done.
We woud like to take this opportunity to both thank everyone that came in and made our day brighter and ask A FAVOUR. WE HAVE A LOT OF OLDER PEOPLE THAT REGULARLY USE THIS BANK HUB, PEOPLE THAT DO NOT HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA. we understand that this closing has come quickly and possibly ubruptly for some. WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT OUR CLOSING PLEASE? We hate the idea of them travelling all this way thinking we are still open to be left unsure of where to go.

We developed a community of people here and some that really did just came in for the chat. You were always welcome and we hope to see you around.
