Sometimes taking the time to work on a different approach to your packaging can yield better results. Here is an example of two different types of material in the same pack being replaced with a slightly different design which uses the same piece of board to get the same results. This provide provided the same protection for the product but saved a bit of money. 👍🏻

A small redesign job came in this week from a current line, the customer has added some product to the box I needed it amended. We’ve taken what the customer is currently using and redesigned the box to save on the additional packaging but also saving a little bit of money for the customer too ✅

Check this out, one of our customers needed an amendment on a current product we supply them to fit some additional items in the pack. Not a problem for our in-house design team, using the additional products dimensions we were able to amend, design and sample this pack very quickly so the customer can get back on track with their production.

Here’s an exciting little design! The customer has an existing box with a built in tray, but the product changed slightly so the design needed amending.
Taking the additional products that need to go in the pack into consideration, an amended design was drawn up, cut and tested all in the same day. The customers production can now be restarted quickly and efficiently.
