Does your lead form do the heavy lifting for you? 💪🏼

When I talk about a lead form using Dubsado….this is the contact me page on your website or your entry form on socials etc.

In my opinion this is the most important element of Dubsado as this form can do so much for you and your potential clients.

The questions I always ask my clients before creating a lead form are:

👉What would you like your clients to do?
👉How would you like clients to feel?
👉What info do you need from your clients?

You can have as many lead forms as you want for different elements of your business.

⭐️You can use lead forms as application forms
⭐️You can get your potentials sent straight to book a call at the same time as filling in a the form
⭐️You can send them a default email to do….well whatever you want, book a call, send them something.
⭐️You can get your potentials to choose one of your services and then they receive an email specific to that service.

All of this is automatic!

Basically if you think carefully about this lead element in Dubsado….you firstly create a great first impression and secondly you save yourself time.

Plus it’s efficient as hec! 💥

I’ve made a decision…..for now!! 👍

So as I work my way through this grieving process I need to be kinder to myself.

So I’m making a temporary decision to only offer Dubsado PAYG sessions for the time being.

This still gives my clients support (and they can have from 1-3 hours support) but it also takes the pressure off me….so that I can look after me AND my clients.

I’ve always thought it was super important to offer PAYG to help the ‘many’ rather than just the elite that can afford long term support.

I’ll come back to my bigger packages but this works for now.

If you are using your downtime for client admin, let me show you 5 ways to save you time ⏳

>>Use 1 system to handle all your clients, keep everything together...don't use multiple systems - wastes time and money.

Getting your knickers in a twist starts way before using any client management system!!

It starts when you are winging onboarding your clients without knowing the steps you take with your clients.
