We are a Stained glass studio specialising in new design, repair and restoration of traditional leaded lights and stained glass windows. In addition to this we also do commissions combining fused glass with traditional stained glass from small works to large public commissions.

I'm really pleased to say that my stained glass panel 'Molly Moo' has been selected to be shown at the BSMGP exhibition at the international festival of glass in St Helens. The exhibition starts this Friday.
The panel is based on a photo of my Molly with a flower on her tongue. She is surrounded by flowers that I have grown in my garden and flowers I see in the fields I walk her in.
The glass for the panel was created using a technique called kiln pressing, where different layers of cut are squashed under heavy weights and fired at a high temperature in the kiln to create a watercolour effect.
The details were hand painted on using Reusche enamels.
The flower on her tongue is 3D and made by freeze fusing glass.

Its exhibition tastic this year. I have had a tiny glass work accepted into another exhibition at the International festival of glass, held this year at The world of glass in St Helens from 27th August - 1st November
This exhibition is called the cabinet of curiosities and every piece is no bigger than 10cm x 20cm so really small. I had a great time creating my piece inspired by things I can remember from the 1980's.
Each detail was created by a process called freeze fusing where powdered glass and water are frozen in silicone mould. Once the wet powder is frozen, the glass is popped out onto a kiln shelf and then fired to create the 3D elements. Extra details have been hand painted on top. #1980's
