Restoration of the east window at St Mary's church Coleorton. It is unusual to have such large pieces of glass in a window and the red colour was particularly tricky as it is very hard to see through.

I'm really pleased to say that my stained glass panel 'Molly Moo' has been selected to be shown at the BSMGP exhibition at the international festival of glass in St Helens. The exhibition starts this Friday.
The panel is based on a photo of my Molly with a flower on her tongue. She is surrounded by flowers that I have grown in my garden and flowers I see in the fields I walk her in.
The glass for the panel was created using a technique called kiln pressing, where different layers of cut are squashed under heavy weights and fired at a high temperature in the kiln to create a watercolour effect.
The details were hand painted on using Reusche enamels.
The flower on her tongue is 3D and made by freeze fusing glass.
