Just wanted to share my recent experience over the last few months. I thought of myself as being someone relatively fit and active, but last year I was totally immobilised with lower back pain and sciatica. Now thanks to coming to your Pilates classes, with your help and ongoing guidance I am back feeling fit and well.
I have become an advocate for Pilates and would highly recommend your classes. You explain the techniques and show great patience going over the moves on a one to one basis so that we all get the best we can from the class.
When I first started your Pilates class I could barely reach down to my knees as my back was so painful, now I am more supple than I have been since before my teens. You may remember that I credited you with helping me to get back into my high heals! It's easy to take your body for granted but as well as an hour a week of Pilates what you teach goes much further than that, I find myself repeating some of your mantras during the day and as a matter of course I do a lot more stretching. I have plenty more to learn and look forward to coming to your sessions for many more years to come.
