Strengthen and tone your core in Pilates and release the mind and body with our virtual on line meditation course. They all go hand in hand as Aerobic effort is needed is needed to help to keep the heart and lungs healthy and toning helps to keep your muscles strong and conditioned. Pilates is great for your back and helping to strengthen stomach muscles to give you core stability. it also realigns and rebalances the body in general. the Hand Weight section helps to define and strengthen. Hi Annette

Just wanted to share my recent experience over the last few months. I thought of myself as being someone relatively fit and active, but last year I was totally immobilised with lower back pain and sciatica. Now thanks to coming to your Pilates classes, with your help and ongoing guidance I am back feeling fit and well.

I have become an advocate for Pilates and would highly recommend your classes. You explain the techniques and show great patience going over the moves on a one to one basis so that we all get the best we can from the class.

When I first started your Pilates class I could barely reach down to my knees as my back was so painful, now I am more supple than I have been since before my teens. You may remember that I credited you with helping me to get back into my high heals! It's easy to take your body for granted but as well as an hour a week of Pilates what you teach goes much further than that, I find myself repeating some of your mantras during the day and as a matter of course I do a lot more stretching. I have plenty more to learn and look forward to coming to your sessions for many more years to come.

If for any reason you are unable to attend a session there are catch-up options at other classes and failing that you will have a video sent over to do the session in your own time so it’s a win-win.

Annette has again worked her magic for me and I am so pleased. After having months of pain and restricted movement due to a frozen shoulder, I am loose and fkexible again and its wonderful! Annette is so talented and approachable, and the reformers enable great movement without weight bearing(i have arthritus) I cannot thank or recommend her enough!
