I think we have to consider changing the way we think about how we look after ourselves. We are brought up in a world where our perceptions are based on experiences. We use our eyes ears touch taste and smell to evaluate danger and we make decisions based on this. It's hardwired into our DNA. It's incredibly difficult to override this instinct. The override is complacency and this is when we are perhaps at our most vulnerable. It is important that when this complacency kicks in, we have a safety net. We are brought up in a protective bubble that ordinarily looks after us and we like that comfort that allows us to have that free spirit that that creates. Then in comes something where we lose that safety net. Something that none of our senses can pick up on. This is where I feel we are at at present.
So what we need is to plug the gaps where complacency can become our enemy. This is why we must embrace the change that allows us to feel that freedom we have lost... We must do whatever it takes to redress the balance..
