Lowestoft small group personal training studio Fit-NessPoint is celebrating its first birthday, and everyone is invited to join the celebrations.

📆Saturday 19 September
⏰11am-3.30pm
📍Fit-NessPoint, 66 High Street, Lowestoft, NR32 1JB

The studio is hosting an open day, offering visitors the chance to enjoy refreshments, meet the coaching team, chat to current members and take part in a series of free mini-workshops designed to introduce some of the key movements used in strength training.

The workshops will focus on:

The Deadlift – 12.30pm
The Pull-Up – 1.30pm
The Press-Up – 2.30pm

There will also be the chance to win six weeks of free small group personal training (subject to T&C’s). All attendees can enter the prize draw by completing a form on the day.

Fit-NessPoint specialises in non-intimidating strength training, helping people become stronger, move better and build confidence, while taking a proactive approach to their long-term health.

Its ethos is simple: “Come for the fitness. Gain confidence. Stay for the community.”

The studio offers a welcoming and inclusive alternative to the traditional gym environment, or large group-ex, combining personalised coaching with a strong sense of community. Sessions are delivered on a maximum one-to-five coaching basis, giving members the benefit of expert guidance while training alongside a small group.

Members can choose from 42 sessions across six days each week, with the flexibility to book up to three sessions per week through the studio’s dedicated member app.

And the experience goes beyond training. Members can also take part in a range of optional social events, retreats and workshops, giving them opportunities to connect with others both inside and outside the studio.

Whether you are completely new to strength training or simply looking for a more supportive way to exercise, Fit-NessPoint’s first birthday open day is an opportunity to find out more, meet the people behind the studio and experience its community for yourself.

Come along, meet the team, try a workshop and celebrate Fit-NessPoint’s first year.

Food bank usage in a town dips, but parents still queue up for a free meal from a local restaurant.
