✨ What a week! We’ve been busy behind the scenes onboarding and training our newest franchise holder of EBG Waveney Valley, Rebecca.

🙌 It’s been a thrill to get Rebecca started and we can’t wait to watch her new business drive forward. We’ll be with her every step of the way.

It’s and it wouldn’t be right if we didn’t feature our very own Bertie Boo, the CEP (Chief Executive Pup). 🐾

As CEP, Bertie takes his responsibilities very seriously. His key duties include maintaining high standards of staff morale, regular treat quality-control inspections and offering expert guidance on the importance of work-life balance. Bertie Boo also is great at reminding us that sometimes the best business decision is to go for a walk.

Bertie Boo had a fabulous time doing his photoshoot in the stunning surroundings of Fritton Lake this week. He’ll definitely be back for another pawsome outing! Thanks for having us 🐶

✨ Yesterday we started Fun Fridays Part 1 and it’s here to stay! We’ve blocked out the next 2 Fridays too. They’re reserved for fun things only. No work emails. No meetings. Just switching off and remembering what it’s like to reconnect.

✨ A day out on the Norfolk Broads has left us feeling refreshed, reinvigorated and ready to take on the world! Connecting and laughing releases dopamine. We should do it more often. But we get sucked into work and forget how important it is to do the things we enjoy.

✨ It is SO important to make space to wind down and, above all, have fun. That’s why we’ve written it into our business values.
