We offer a rigorous training programme to all those in both our Core and Extended teams, carry out extremely thorough and meticulously-planned investigations and have a very big giggle while doing it. All Investigations are treated in the utmost confidence. We will never sensationalise at the risk of our own integrity.

We always work very hard around the time of an investigation, and most of what you see is very little compared to how much is actually being done. We undertake a great deal of historical research, a full Health and Safety survey and Risk Assessments, a visit with the Core Team, extensive geomagnetic and Ordnance Survey map study and full weather report among other things prior to the full investigation,. Afterwards, we have sometimes hours and hours of data to sift through and scrutinise - photographs, video and audio. Every anomaly, every unusual sound and every unusual occurrence is documented, verified and scrutinised by our Core Team.
