Both PART 1 AND PART 2 of my interview with Janice Francisco are now available on the Leveraged Business Podcast.

My topic on last week’s podcast was focused on the links between professional identity and marketing high-end programmes and services. It’s a super important thing I help my clients with.

And that’s because getting crystal clear on your professional identity and positioning in the marketplaces is the cornerstone for all of your marketing.

-- It’s the initial step for how you start leveraging your expertise.

-- It helps you attract your most ideal clientele so you're the hunted not the hunter.

-- It’s what underpins the aligning, targeting, positioning, branding dimensions of your business.

-- It's the runway for great enrolment conversations.

However, many consultants fall into the trap of using the same labels of their profession, industry or job. This runs the risk of grouping you into the commodity market, where you’re one of many who "do what you do". And that makes conveying your unique value very problematic.

Does getting new clients feel like you’re chasing and convincing?

What if instead you were able to really STAND OUT and have clients coming to you? That would feel amazing right?

To be fair, what you actually call yourself isn’t massively important. But what is critical is what it says about the specific “thing you do” and what you want to be known for doing well.
