Celebrating 40 Years of Innovation

As we proudly celebrate 40 years of Chronos this year, we've looked into a few facts from our beginnings in 1986.

Chronos is older than the first GPS primary reference source clock, and older than text messages which were first sent in December 1992. 1986 was the year when Top Gun was the box office hit and the year Maradona's 'Hand of God' goal helped Argentina win the FIFA World Cup. It was also the year the first MS-DOS based personal computer virus, Brain, started to spread, the launch of the first IBM laptop computer, and Google didn't exist.
