Auditel are The Cost, Procurement and Carbon Solutions company, with a UK-wide network of 100 franchised business consultants. Auditel has been established since 1994, based in Wi******er, Hampshire but offering a primarily home-based role.
We are expanding our network of franchise partners and are looking for someone who can engage with and excite prospective franchisees whether through incoming enquiries we generate through industry marketing or through proactive ‘talent scouting’, primarily using LinkedIn.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is an exciting role that bridges recruitment with sales and marketing. The role will provide you with a great array of exposure to different activities that will benefit your future career, though there is significant future potential within the company too.
Franchise Recruitment Support
You’ll be acting as our first point of contact for new enquiries. Following up on new leads and establishing contact, you’ll be qualifying enquiries and providing initial information, before scheduling follow up calls and meetings with interested and suitable parties.
Managing the initial follow-up of new enquiries via our automated CRM system and making telephone calls to people who have enquired, as part of a structured process.
Your goal is to engage with prospective franchisees, inform and educate whilst qualifying, and seeking to arranging a follow-up call or meeting, to enable them to explore becoming a franchisee, if suitable.
You’ll be engaging through email and sometimes SMS (via our CRMS system) as part of a relationship management process.
Talent Scouting
Primarily using LinkedIn, you’ll be following a strategy to identify and contact potential suitable prospects following a process of engagement to explore receptiveness to self-employment through a franchise model, whilst positioning Auditel’s attractive franchise model.
You’ll seek to develop initial relationships with the goal of arranging telephone conversations or virtual meetings with the Head of Partner Recruitment.
Other activities involve:
Involvement in planning of, and participating in, Franchise Exhibitions.These are typically 2-4 times a year, and will usually be 2-day events, within the UK.There is also an annual Auditel National Conference and Supplier Exhibition.
Involvement in occasional Franchise Recruitment Events such as Webinars, ‘Discovery Seminars’ or other venue-based activities.
Some face-to-face meetings alongside managers, with prospective franchisees, or Auditel franchise network events.
Over time, involvement with marketing campaigns, including administrating or some sub-management of digital marketing campaigns, such as advertising on Facebook or Google.
Being proactive with posting and interaction using Auditel Franchise social media accounts.
Supporting the Head of Partner Recruitment in general Franchise Recruitment activities.
About You:
You’ll be familiar with and at least fairly experienced in using LinkedIn, perhaps with some prior experience of ‘Sales Navigator’.
You’ll be familiar and proficient in MSOffice software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
You’ll be able to manage your time productively when working from home with effective administration and all-round communication skills.
Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills are needed.
You’ll have a suitable work space suitable for undisturbed working, especially as much of your time will be spent in communications through telephone and some video meetings.
Your benefits:
We are offering a starting base salary of £22,000 - £25,000 subject to experience, however you’ll be able to sales bonuses on each franchisee that joins, making for a potential salary of £28,000- £35000.

Other Details
38.5 hours per week. Primarily between the hours of 9-5.30 however approx. once per week evening calls are likely required.
