Calling The Yachting Industry …
I have been lucky enough to train some amazing stews over the past 15 years.
The gorgeous lady below is one of them and someone who has lived, loved and given everything. Gemma Willis Crane now needs our help .

Gemma has been fighting stage 4 cervical cancer since early in 2020 and needs IMMUNOTHERAPY, which is not available on the NHS so we need to help raise funds for private treatment. The cost is £10,000 PER treatment and Gemma will need in excess of 10 treatments.

Live-out, Housekeeper required for a large, private property in the New Forest.
Duties to include; laundry, general and detailed cleaning to a high standard, shopping, preparing the property for guest stays and overseeing trades and service engineers. Additional skills such as basic administration, cooking, hospitality, sewing and floristry, are preferable but not essential. The candidate should have a good knowledge and experience of caring for high end surfaces, fabric, art and specialised objects as well as a good technical understanding of IT and AV systems. Training and office support provided.
The candidate should be professional, especially in terms of their presentation and communication. They should conduct themselves in a discrete manner, be trustworthy and always maintain confidentiality.
The position would suit someone local who has previous and relevant experience working within a large property with an understanding of working with high calibre clients. The role is approximately 25 hours per week, on a flexible schedule to ensure cover when guests are in residence. Package is attractive in terms of salary which will be dependant on experience.

Calling all Chief Stews... I am looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess for a large private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, well-spoken and have excellent communication skills. Capable of working well under pressure and able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have experience in a management role as this position will require leadership, guidance and motivation of the team. Must have excellent organisational and administration skills and be highly proficient in Excel, Word and Office. Experience with onboard operating systems a huge plus. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, high standards and a desire to serve. Candidate will be a true non-smoker with a strong interest in sports and fitness. Salary: TBC depending on experience Leave: 90 days per year. Full medical cover.”

Calling all Yacht Crew... We are looking for a Deckhand for a private 70m+ motor yacht. The itinerary is Mediterranean based but varied. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate well at all levels, be hard working, have a logical and foreword thinking approach to all they undertake, be able to work effectively and efficiently both within a tight team and also alone. Preferred candidates should have at least a seasons experience on a similar size yacht, be a competent tender driver and hold a yacht master or equivalent. Any additional skills would be a benefit such a language, proficient in a sport, fishing or yacht related such as engineering, carpentry etc. The crew have an interest in sports and keeping fit which is key to the ethos of the crew dynamics. The position is to start ASAP. The package is industry standard in terms of salary (which is dependant on experience), insurance, holiday and flight allowance.
