The countdown is ON! ⚽🏆

With just over a week to go until the World Cup kicks off, the tournament fever is officially taking over the Zell-Em office!

We’re checking out the new kits today, and we have to give a massive shout-out to the incredible embroidery work on display this year. Whether it's the precision on England’s iconic Three Lions or the intricate detail on Scotland’s Rampant Lion, high-quality crest replication is what we live for.

From a debut season to a trophy-winning promotion! 🎯✨

Huge congratulations to the St-Annes Cricket Club Darts Team! They finished their incredible debut year just one single point off the title, lifting their first-ever club trophy and locking in a promotion to Division 1.

With 18 players now in the squad, they are officially splitting into two teams for next season. Zell-Em is incredibly proud to back them on this journey!

🎓 Class of 2026: The Heyhouses Journey

Congratulations to the students of Heyhouses CE Primary School! 🎓✨

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of producing their 2026 Leavers Hoodies. It’s a multi-stage process in the shop to ensure these keepsakes last for years to come:

Precision Branding: We began by embroidering the iconic Heyhouses badge on the front using our high-definition Tajima TFMX-IIC 1508.

Custom Screen-Printing: The back features a sharp, one-colour 'Leavers' design which was run on our M&R Sportsman EX.

The Finishing Touch: Every hoodie then took a trip through the M&R Sprint 2000 conveyor dryer to ensure a professional, retail-quality finish.

To the Heyhouses Class of 2026 - and to students everywhere currently tackling exam season - we wish you the very best of luck! You've put in the hard work, now it's time to finish strong! 🚀📖

🔊 SOUND WARNING 🔊

We’ve turned the volume up to 11 in the print room this week! We are breaking in our BRAND-NEW (and currently top-secret! 🤫😂) hybrid machine with a massive job for Blackpool’s newest alternative spot: Underground Alt.

The Specs:
We’ve just smashed out four heavy-duty 440gsm PVC banners, all hemmed and eyeleted along each edge! Because our new setup handles media up to 3.2m wide (yes, 3.2 METRES!), we ran these in landscape for a faster, more economical turnaround without compromising an inch on quality. 👊

The Mission:
Whether it’s rock, metal, punk, or goth, Underground Alt is bringing the noise to Blackpool's Promenade, and we made sure their signage is just as loud.

The Reveal:
We aren’t showing you the full machine just yet (stay tuned for the official press release!), but let’s just say our "Hybrid" capabilities mean we can now handle everything from stadium-sized banners to precision white-ink window graphics entirely in-house.
