But building a profitable business, creating jobs and developing other people’s careers is an enormous achievement in itself.

Yes, that was sarcasm.

Although the algorithm would have you believe you’ve failed if you’re still working in your own salon.

Apparently, success means yachts, passive income and a business you never visit.

What a load of BS.

You’re employing people. Building careers. Making money. Picking your kids up from school. Booking holidays. Sleeping well at night.

And you actually ENJOY running your salon.

You’re ambitious. You’re proud. And you’re nowhere near done.

You haven’t failed because your life doesn’t resemble someone’s Instagram highlight reel.

What an absolute machine.

Meanwhile, other industries are building entire teams of AI employees.

And salon owners are still celebrating the fact they can do seven people’s jobs.
