How amazing that Singapore airport has a butterfly enclosure. Bringing nature into spaces like this is a great way to help calm passengers.

Bev has just returned from holiday in Singapore and visited the Gardens by the Bay to see the illuminated Super Trees. She, of course, visited the gift shop (obligatory). Here are some pictures of how the shop has been designed to reflect the Supertrees.

Commercial interior design in the Northwest is often dominated by contractors and installers - teams who deliver important work but typically focus on the build rather than creating a space that works operationally as well as aesthetically.

BWD operates differently.

For nearly two decades, we’ve delivered design-led commercial environments shaped by insight, research, and collaboration, with a clear understanding of how people use space, see the space and move through it. Our projects span workplaces, cultural venues and specialist commercial settings, with services ranging from concept design and technical packages to furniture procurement and supplier management.

Clients come to us when they need more than a fit-out. They come when they need a partner who they can rely on to interpret their organisation, understand their branding, translate their operational needs and create spaces that support performance, culture and growth.

If your organisation is exploring change - whether a refresh, a full redesign or a strategic workplace shift - we’re here to help you shape what comes next.
